So my goal before I left for Cuttyhunk this past Monday morning was a weight loss of 20 pounds!!! I wake up at 5:00am and jump on the scale......it reads 293.5 pounds......a half pound shy of my goal.
So I was pretty happy...I came up a half pound short and considering my bike was stolen I know had I had my bike those last few days I know I would have made my goal! So I go downstairs, start to load my gear in the truck and I suddenly need to.....ummmmm........take a crap!!!! So I do my business......and of course I run back up to weigh myself again of course.......and it reads 293 on the money!!!!
Goal made...lost all 20 pounds as planned!!! Next stop 30 pounds!!!
