I refinanced a few months ago and saved $200 a month. My mortgage is now less than a 2 bedroom apartment rent.
I went thru the existing mortgage company-Chase....then they promptly sold the mortgage to fannie mae....me thinks they %$%$%$%$ed someone GOOD on this refinance...and it wasn't done through this program that I am aware of.
