BTW, those soft shelled tasty guys should be showing up in some local seafood markets any day now....

, they usually show up right after Mother's Day.

I have one local place that gets them flown in, still alive, even though they usually get $4-$5 a pop for them......ouch!, yet the fly outta there within a few hours, so you have to time it right....

Used to be a place in Duxbury that had them frozen and available year round for $2 or $2.50, but unfortuanely, that shop is no longer there......

.....actually it is, but with new owners....
