they've been good to me in the past. i also, sort of disregard the first 4 or 5 times i get eeeels anywhere. unless of course they are spectacular, then they'll get more frequent visits.
all i can say is give them another shot~~~
could've been a bad hair day?? still, they should've done sumthing to make it right, imho, and i don't get that response either~~~
