I wouldn't pay for the eels or anything else in life if I was not satisfied.
There are shops that sell by the pound. There is a shop of which the owner stated his price is 90 cents a eel and xx a pound. Don't know why so cheap, I didn't ask. Maybe because I sold the building to his family but I doubt it.
