I was about to badmouth Shimano PowerPro for not sending me a replacement spool but thought I'd give Customer Service a call first. Turns out my replacement had been authorized but I bought red and red is discontinued so my order sat in cyberhell.
The phone call clarified everything and I said send me any color then. 1500yds, 50lb test is in the mail. They're throwing in some marketing paraphernalia (patches/stickers) for the wait...
