Free if you're kid and pay for shipping....
The Tatoo darter is cracked....you can probably exchange it, still fishes OK.....the needles (not a real #^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^& by the way) are peeling...., but all the plugs will work, all have caught fish, and can get you started.
