Soooo 8% is disasterous, but 10% is OK?

It's like a doctor saying they're going to have to amputate your leg but he says they can save either 8% or 10% of it.
Either way it's still a horrible number.

The average of all the others is 46.167% so even giving the benefit of 10%, it still shows horrible numbers!
