The way The Fisherman buys the rights to articles, (North American Serial Rights) means that they have the right to publish them (as they were bought, for a printed magazine) one time. Then after that, the publishing rights revert back to the writer. You would need a release from each of the the writers to circulate them for free. You would need a release and pay a royalty if you were selling them, or offering them on a commercial site. When a magazine does an anthology (book of past articles) they pay the writers again for that.
