call me negative Nancy ,, but sorry guys .. The species has to collapse before the powers to be will get serious ,.,Even then they won't admit poor management but blame pollution or something eles beyond thier control . Bio mass BS ,, politics .. It's money swimming around. You say the fishing has dropped off and they say No ,, you just suck at fishing . I fished through one collapse,, probably will again . Only possitive is they'll be ton's of great fishing gear at yard sales .. imho Negative Nancy !!!! When the fishing was good I rarely left Hull for 15 yrs. .. Now I rarely fish Hull .. I hope I'm wrong..
