that I read recently..we now have 50 TONS a day of seal poo being distrubuted just off the outer beaches from Truro to Chatham... brings a whole new meaning to "mung", eh?

i would think 
that it would be fairly easy to gather some water
or have it tested for bacteria at some of these beaches with the highest seal populations....that also have a swimming area for people....and get them closed for bacterial contamination by the health professionals... which might go a long way to getting the population control of the seals on the right tract.
