I new about this one before I retired. The dectectives came to me, and talked to me about the ramifications of transporting the fuel. With my D>O>T> truck certification I have some experience in this regard. I told them they had to get the troopers involved because of the tunnel violations. He was seling to a chitload of people. I think more will be charged with receiving stolen property. Ah dear ole Whitman, miss the people but not the job.
