John a poll will give us numbers but without a way to put the data to work it's just another poll. A proposal needs to be put together taking into consideration cuts in both commercial and sportfishing for the benefit of the fish not one user group or another.The poleticians won't even talk until we aLL come to them with a joint prposal for the benefit of the fish like that Rhode Island senator did yrs ago.
