Reminds me of my late grandfather. His last few months of life were pretty brutal and he was absolutely miserable. He wasn't much for talking because of the pain. However every time I would visit or call him he would say.. (1st thing too).. How's the fishin been? It would always make me smile. Words can't describe how I miss him. Thanks for sharing this story and bringing back some sad but great memories. When he does pass, I hope he Rests in peace.
