Anyone eles notice the increase sitting in thru green lights while the front person plays with thier cell phone .. They usaully get a beep and make the light while everyone eles pounds sand . There is one intersection in The City of Champions it takes forever to get a green light .. I like to sit and stare at it ,, Not !!!!
