Here's the full details of this silly contest:
I make a tongue in cheek declaration that the season is over(usually weeks before the fish leave), then all the participants here scramble to put up the biggest surf fish and win one of my crappy plugs. In the past I'd give out a premium quality plug built by one of the more recognized builders, but now its my stuff for better or worse.
Look for the "It's over" declaration in the coming weeks(usually mid october) to signal the start.
