I would rather fish with a good wind in my face. Fishy looking white water with bait at the feet.
Of course I would prefer the first day of it because after that you have the chance of dirty water.
Gattafish siad heavy bucktail with no rind. That would help but if you threw on a curlytail grub the resistance is way less and you still have some action on the back end.
