Finally caught my first keepers of the season
today in Scituate. I caught five fish total and two keepers both
30" in length and very fat.
Also lost a really nice fish at
least as big as the other two, (I think bigger, it was taking me
for some line) and with that fish went one of my Gibbs pencil
poppers, white with a red head and a bucktail, (thats what we were throwin') also mackeral painted. My girlfriend, otherwise
known as fishChick, caught three and had a ball.
She caught her first keeper last Friday.
Damn that felt good.
Anyone else hittin' em hard? Lets hear it.
