United Healthcare(RI) just raised the copays.
Office went from $20 to $30.
Specialist went from $40 to $60.
They added a new copay called Urgent Care(walk-in) and its $100.
But the real winner here is Emergency Room:
It went from $100 to $250!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
