I was just out practicing with my new 9' fiberglass custom
1 piece rod and my Abu Garcia 7000 CL Big Game. My new conventional equipment is sure to raise my fishing to a whole new
level. On the football field behind my house the outfit casts 4 oz.
100 yards all day long and I am still holding a little back. I am going to take it to the water next week and have a ball.
Thanks for all the great advice some of you guys gave me on the thread I posted in regards to conventional equipment.
