So.....the additional tax on alcohol is used to fund recovery and rehab programs for alcoholics?????
THEY have the problem and I have to pay for it???!!!!
This is news to me until recently!! I hope that friggin' tax gets rolled back!!!! Why the Friggin' Hell should I/We have to pay an additional tax to fund the recovery of alcoholics???
