actually RickB I found it funny.....I always get razzed when cooking lobster....I NEVER time it! I let the water boil of course throw it in and check every now and then....I pull the tail fins back and check the underside of the tail nearest to the body....when it has that "certain look" to it I pull it out! Cant really explain it....but it hasnt failed me yet!
