I used the Dow Styrofam, extruded polystrene, in my crawl space,
it was easy to install and gives a nice seal.
Between studs you could use the 3in with a R 15 value. Comes in 2x8 or
4x8 sheets. Won't settle and no rodent nests compared to fiberglass.
