So its faster and safer to call. Most people are like me and have no clue wtf a keylogger is. Anything on a computer can be hacked. I'm not a paranoid freak about it or anything. I have used it online in the past with 0 problems. But like you said a keylogger can steal my cc# and I have no clue what one is and if I have one. Another thing is not understanding or trusting defense programs installed or wanting to install. They say your protected but then your computer crashes anyway.
