I fished the MA one couple of years ago.
IMO it is too intense, lots of competition and it takes the fun out of fishing. I won't do another, I prefer the local small tourny's that are more about having a good time, meeting people,and NOT about $$$$$. Mostly they are a great excuse (to give the misses) to fish for 3 days straight.

Again just MHO.....
