I'll put a vote in for the Suzuki as well. My 150 has been perfect over 3 seasons so far, and the 6 year warranty is fantastic. Very quiet, efficient, and reliable.
The 100 hour service is an oil change. Every 200 you do impeller and filter. (I think that is it, I'm due for an impeller this spring, which I hope to attempt myself).
