I think Yamaha and Honda make the best, most reliable outboards. I own a Yamaha and a Honda but not in the 150 hp size.

Look at any marina and the number of Yamahas dwarf all other manufacturers combined.

OYu'll enjoy a new Yammie for sure and the boat show season will bring nice re-power incentives, too.
