well i figured out what it was, thanks for all the responses.
- i bought the little women a oil burning in scent thingy, and with all the spraying going on she felt it necessary to burn this things for hours and with mega candles so it was just about boiling. there was residue everywhere in that area. ...... Bad news for me had alot of plugs sitting there that need to get wiped down before i do anything hope i can clean them with out messing stuff up worst.
