One coat of Devcon 2T 30min, but below that is 2 layers of clear lacquer and a few more in between the color layers. Clear separates the color layers making the colors float. But I don't think the fish cares and the clear btw colors also makes cleaning up some slight mistakes possible.
Salty, I'll try to; hopefully 2011 marks the end of w/shop building which was put off a few times due to natural and human disasters
(human part is more procrastination and financial constrains).
