Went to turn up the heat a little around 8am..... Down to the basement, red light. Hit the reset.... run, shutdown. Never fired. Seems our oil company hasn't visited us since the end of October.... Gauge reads around 1/8, but who knows if it's reliable at that level, or if the line has picked up any sludge from the bottom..... The girl on the phone said they would be out, but it would take a few hours. I asked why they let us get down this low? She replied that they don't have that many customers up this way.
We've been dealing with them for over ten years, but might be ready for a change....
