our governments don't know how to save for a rainy day, they only know how to spend taxpayers money.
A few years back the state had a surplus remember? they gave everyone a refund of a hundred bucks or so, I'd rather they kept it and used it in the future when there would no doubt be a shortfall
then the taxes needed to go up
