don't eat after four pm if you can
or eat "LIGHT"
switch to virgin olive oil
all food at hamburger joints is 50% fat
so avoid it...
take a walk per day ..just stroll and enjoy it
use smaller plates
drink water when hungry more often
as your stomach doesn't care
as long as its full
do light exercise doing something
so your body doesn't preserve the fat
and burn the muscle tissue first
(that's it's Game)
reverse that ! and you'll do better...
