i use a different set of tools
....
grub hoe,shovel, pick, post hole digger
wheel barrow, carrying pots that weigh
50 lbs and up...
moving lots of ones, twos, and three gallons
big bread trays loaded with four inch pots ect.
My exercise makes food grow
so i get double the benefit
and better health
because its ultimately fresher
my garden is my Gymnasium
