Think how simple some of this is. Every business in the world is trying to eliminate mail and paper expense. the IRS and Social Security should MANDATE electronic payments and direct deposit, hows that for "change"
So far, looks like the repubs are keeping to their promises. None of these cuts are making the rich richer. Now, lets see them get them done!
