That's a good one.
I run on the treadmill at least 5 to 6 days per week. If I'm not feeling up to it, I'll do a mile or so just to get the heart pumping. When I feel like doing it, I do about 3 miles or so. I watch tv while doing it, so it goes by pretty fast. I also find that a good way to keep motivated is to plan vacations every few months where you are going to be shirtless. That keeps me going even when I feel lazy.
