Working out steadily at the gym, and you have a brand new one on the island, the Y, is the best thing you can do for yourself. It kaes a few months of steady work befoe you get that rise at the end of the workout. Its the same for me whether it was cardio or weights. Always feels good.

No snacking after dinner. Eat dinner and turn it off.
