unfortunately I can't say the same for my family.
my wife for instance had her account hacked early this am along with taking over her gmail account as well.
got woken up by a phone call from England at 5:25 am, them a friend called my phone at 8 telling me her account was hacked and someone was trying to scam money from them saying we were in the UK and got mugged and need money. They also sent emails to all her contacts saying same
They also deleted all of her emails on that account.
so she is trying to deal with that now. Has an appointment with a cop in 2 days to go over what we have. One friend called while in a chat with the scammer/hacker and asked for money and gave some wire transfer info, I told her to ask for an address to mail to so we got that anyway.
Change your passwords often people.
facebook is not safe
maybe my wife learned something from this
I don't do facebook and never will
