A couple members stopped by to say hello and take advantage of the savings, but the hightlight of the day was a guy that spent 15 minutes trying to talk me down from $10 to $8 on an old ugly stick blank. Not that the $2 made a difference, but I was already giving it away at $10 and he left in a huff, only to return about 45 minutes later driving his 18 wheeler
. Stopped across the street thankfully, jumps out and runs across the street with his $10 and grabs the rod and leaves.
Hopefully this rain is out of here tonight, I'm so sick of rain I could scream. Hit the canal for a couple hours tonight before it got bad, picked up 4 fish jigging the east end, nothing big although one might have been on the edge of keeping. If anyones in the area tomorrow swing by and say hi.
