Their service is the best in the business. Also, Stella service is a quick turnaround time, in and out in 2 days. I own alot of Shimano reels and only one stradic has needed to be sent back after like 5 years of use. It came back like new for $30 ,no charge for parts. Most times they don't charge for parts.
