Ronnie I have had it. First time I wore the arch supports, custom made, for several months, and it took care of the problem just fine, no shots or nothing. I reinjured it and this time treatment was going to see phy. therapist and was she cure. Massaged my foot every morning, then she ran the same type of xray over my foot that they do on pregnant womans tommies to see the baby. Then she massage my calf muscle for ten minutes. This was all agony, it was terrible. I had to do this 25 or 26 times, I still have three visits left on my card. The first injury happened when I jumped off a ledge chasing after an #^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&. The drop was 9 or 10 feet. It went away. You wear the insert because it lefts the nerve up and supports it allowing it to heal. Personally, the arch support worked just as good as the massage did everyday, but heh, I put up with it.
