Can't really argue with the wording

There was a guy selling a picture of his new VS200 for something like $225, The item description (not the tittle) had in bold letters THIS IS A PICTURE OF MY NEW VAN STAAL. The thing is he got a couple of people, 2 or 3 when I checked completed listings who probably saw the title VS200 with "buy it now" $225 and people were hitting the buy it now without reading thinking they found and outstanding deal and didn't want to miss it taking the time to read.

This seller was probably going to include the box but after seeing what the final bid was reconsidered and said screw it I'm not giving them the box, never said I would. No big loss, and it's not worth the hassle, I would use caution with this seller in the future.

I would still give the seller positive feedback, if the transaction went smoothly otherwise. You could go neutral, but is it really worth having your feedback numbers affected negatively? Lesson learned at a very little cost.
