I always bring the bodies back to the water. I think it is disrespectful to despose the remains of a fish on land, in any manor. I don't think there is a big problem with the garden thing, but putting a striper rack in the garbage is sac-religious.
Got Stripers, I must say that the over the fence thing was funny as hell though
Plus I like leaving the racks at the loading ramps. It gives the laymen something to look forward to
