it isn't uncommon for this to happen with my Tacoma. Spray the whole cable down from where it comes through the body (get up in the cableway too), pay special attention to the pivots and the wheel area.

I have a standard, so I use my e brake all of the time. I'd imagine that if I didn't I would have the problem frequently.

It may take a day or two to completely loosten up. I usually spray it again a day or so down the road.

All that is necessary for evil to succeed is that good men do nothing.
