having lived there for ten years, i could just imagine that happening too.... i once saw a woman right "out in the middle"of highway 805 .... which is steep on this particualr section jacking up her car to fix a flat.... cars were blowin by her at 80 miles an hour and it didnt seem to occur to her that her life was in jepardy .
