Aww c'mon... Abrasiveness is what's gonna let us get through the next two months! A little good natured smack talk never hurt anyone, it's all in jest. Trip can't come soon enough. I'll bring a gumby suit for you so you can paddle around when we toss you over.
Cod skishing anyone?
When I spoke to the cap he said it was mainly a jig bite that time of year. But I hear you- sharpies seem to say that the pool fish always comes in on a clam. I figure I'll gut one of the first ones we get, if they're loaded with herring I'll stick to the jig, otherwise I might consider dropping some bait down.
I think f4s is right on that one.
Might be down for a day of fishing once we get to that time, I can help chip for gas and will bring a six pack of good beer.
