Although I agree that its not really out of hand yet, it has the potential to get that way if nothing is done. We don't want to come off as condoning it. I like Ross's idea of a form letter, but will that be too much work for the mods if this is becoming a trend here?
Therefore, I think we should do something along the lines of what Kevin TDF laid out.
