a tiny pin hole in the very edge near the good skin then squeeze out the juice without tearing the skin. As Ed said , the blister skin is some protection. If you don't drain the big blister , it could easily tear right down the middle.
Anyway , a tiny pin , put the tip in a flam till it turns red , wait for it to cool then just pierce the very edge of the blister to drain it. On bad burns the fluid often fills the blister agin so you need to re drain it. When you drain it and it doesn't fill up again , that's a good size. then you kind of let the skin adhere to the flesh under it and then you apply some kind of anti bacterial ointment to keep it from getting too dry and cracking.
Burns are tough. Like Nebe , having worked with metals and ceramics so long , burns are inevitable , the hope is to keep them as minor as possible.
