you can speed it up by taking time release vitamin C
which helps heal from the inside out
Vitamin A found in anything ORANGE or yellow fleshed
vegetables as skin is practically made out of vitamin A
Carrot juice can be purchased at the grocery stores now
and the beta carotein gets converted to vitamin A
it works better though when you have meat sources too
for example a serving of LIVER (i know not everyone's favorite)
but it tastes rather like a breast of wild duck
has around 150,000 units of vitamin A in it ,,, so its worth it...
and vitamin E oil (30,000 units) later will make the redness vanish
and prevent scar tissue
