Stevie Wonder

When music meets poetry = Brillant ..

First heard this song as the credits rolled in "The Outsiders"1983 .. This song is often overlooked with all the Stevie hits.. I think it's his best work . Also included Robert Frost poem from the movie . Both sum up life quite well imho. Very fitting with spring upon us .. Stay Gold ..

Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leafs a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

Robert Frost
