Like stated above, the crippled herring can be really effective fished deep and at less than half the cost. Also, I'd think you'd be crazy to throw a butterfly jig with those assist hooks on them - just something else swinging around to get wedged into something on the bottom.

Joe, that 3oz jig looks interesting. If I buy one and it isn't actually an a$$ kicker at the canal this spring, can I get a refund?
